British Museum, London. A photo of a panel from the portal to an ancient Egyptian tomb. The panel depicts foods aimed to nourish the deceased person in the afterlife. There are two different stained glass renditions of this panel.
Ghost Ranch, New Mexico. Georgia O’Keefe lived here for fifty years; some of her most beautiful work was inspired by its landscapes. These three photos of that landscape inspired three corresponding works in stained glass.
The north shore of Lake Superior, Minnesota. The stones already were piled up when I came upon this piece of shoreline.
Near Elko, MN. I photographed this round barn from a nearby highway. The barn no longer exists, but the stained glass remembers it.
Saint Peter, MN. A loving husband asked me to create a stained glass version of this toolshed, which he told me his children had built for his wife, their mom.
